A full home renovation and addition within a local golf community.

The kitchen was small for the scale of the house, there was no formal dining room, and the primary bath needed to be reworked. The addition was designed to feel original to the home, allowing for a larger kitchen, formal dining room, and vaulted sunroom for everyday living.
