THE BUSINESS OF KEEPING IN BUSINESS

I know that we are passionate about certain design principles and ideas. I know that we are also really good at what we (want to) do. However, being in business, and keeping it so, means that a lot of times your personal ideals are left at the door and you choose to do really good work for the clients that ask you to help them with whatever scale and scope of project they need. I find myself reminding myself that though it may be a small (and maybe not very exciting) project to me, it is a really big deal to the people who are undertaking the updates, changes, alterations or additions to their homes.

I want to say thank you to the Wilsons, Jeannie, and Prespro for trusting me with your projects and being a part of keeping the lights on here at Small Design Studio. That is a big deal to me.
